Phyllis G. Bossin is the principal and founder of the firm. She has been practicing law for twenty-eight years and has been listed in Wood White's The Best Lawyers of America in Family Law for over twelve years. She was recently named as a Superlawyer in Ohio in Family Law. She was also ranked as one of Ohio Top 50 Female Superlawyers, one of Cincinnati's top 50 Female Superlawyers, one of Cincinnati's top 50 Superlawyers and one of Ohio's Top 100 Superlawyers. She has been listed by the Cincinnati Business Courier in Who's Who in Cincinnati Year and as a Cincinnati Leading Lawyer by Cincy Business.

Ms. Bossin is admitted to practice in Ohio and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States Supreme Court. She is well-respected as both as negotiator and a highly skilled courtroom advocate. Her opinions are frequently sought out by both the local and national media on a variety of family law topics. She has lectured on family law issues throughout the country.

Ms. Bossin is a certified family law specialist in Ohio. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served as the President of the Ohio Chapter and is also a Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers. She served as the Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law during 2003-2004, after holding numerous other offices in that organization. She also served on the American Bar Association Justice Kennedy Commission. She has also served on the faculty of the American Bar Association Family Law Section Trial Advocacy Institute, an intensive trial skills program for attorneys. Ms. Bossin is also a member of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a lifetime Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. She is also a member of the Cincinnati Collaborative Family Law Group.

Ms. Bossin graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1972, received a Master's Degree in Public Policy from that same institution in 1973 and received her law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1977.
